On the morning of Sunday, March 24, when russia attacked Ukraine with missiles, about two dozen explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea. These were hits on an oil depot near the village of Hvardiyske. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, UNN reports.

It is noted that after a series of explosions, a fire broke out at an oil depot seized by the occupiers near Hvardiyske in the Simferopol district, the smoke from which was visible from afar.
According to open sources, the facility was attacked by drones. There is also speculation that the garrison of Hvardiyske was hit. After that, the occupiers began evacuating residents from private sector houses near the oil depot in Hvardiyske.
