Zelenskyy refuted Russian claims of "great powers" and emphasized the importance of every nation, inviting all countries to join the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland to end Russia's war on Ukraine's terms and establish a rules-based international order.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has refuted Russian claims that there are allegedly "great powers" in the world and emphasized the importance of each nation. He voiced these thoughts  during his speech at the third Summit for Democracy, UNN reports.

Ukraine does not divide the world into big and small. We do not divide it into those who are supposedly more deserving of attention and those who are supposedly less. We reject the colonialist view of the world that divides nations between so-called great powers or geopolitical poles. Every nation matters.

- Zelensky said.

The Ukrainian head of state also emphasized that a just end to Russia's war against Ukrainians would give confidence that the international order is working. And countries can do this by uniting, including by joining the Global Peace Summit to be held in Switzerland.

We want to give every nation the confidence that its security will be inviolable. This will be possible when we end this war not on the terms of the aggressor and not on the terms imposed on us, but on the terms of the nation that was attacked. We are now preparing the inaugural Global Peace Summit in Switzerland, and I invite all of you, all nations of the world that respect the rules-based international order, to participate. Your voice is important. I believe that peace can be sustainable. But for this to happen, the nations of the world must be co-creators of reliability.

- Zelensky emphasized.
