After the official opening of the proceedings, the Commission continues to collect evidence, for example, by sending additional requests for information, conducting interviews or inspections.
The proceedings will focus on whether X complies with the obligations of the Digital Services Act related to countering the distribution of illegal content in the EU, as well as whether the measures taken to combat the manipulation of information on the platform are effective, the measures taken by X to increase transparency and whether the user interface is not "misleadingly designed".
