According to him, the Russians fired at Bilopillia at about 12:20 from a self-propelled artillery system.
"There were four 'arrivals' in the city center. There are wounded people, young people. Now doctors are fighting for their lives. Now we know about three people, it is not known what else is there. They are heavy, all very heavy. Shops and buildings were also damaged," said the head of the community.
Over the past day, Russian troops conducted 85 attacks on settlements in Sumy region, one person was wounded and three apartment buildings were damaged.
