According to him, in the Kyivskyi district of the city, an enemy "Molniya" struck a 12-story building.
The strike hit between the two top floors of the building. Windows were blown out. The inspection of the strike site is ongoing.
Later, he reported that "at this moment, there are no casualties".

The day before, in the suburbs of Kharkiv, Russian drones carried out a repeated strike on the territory of a postal terminal at the moment when SES rescuers were already working at the site after a previous attack. As a result of the attacks, the terminal building, containers, and trucks were damaged.
