The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 41.0434 UAH/USD, which devalued the hryvnia by 16 kopecks, UNN reports citing NBU data.
Details
The official dollar exchange rate is 41.04 UAH/USD, which is a new record high. The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at 44.68 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:15 am:
- The dollar can be bought for UAH 41.25 and sold for UAH 40.75 in banks. The euro can be bought at UAH 44.90 and sold at UAH 44.35 in banks.
- In exchange offices, the dollar is traded at UAH 41.05-41.15, and the euro at UAH 44.75-44.95.
- On the interbank market, the exchange rates are UAH 40.88-40.93 for the dollar and UAH 44.55-44.58 for the euro, respectively.

This year, Ukraine has already received $16 billion in external financingto the state budget, and another $22 billion is expected by the end of the year.
