A court in the Kharkiv region has ruled to satisfy a claim filed by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office in a case to remove obstacles to the state's use and disposal of defense land.
It is noted that a land plot in Bohodukhiv district, Kharkiv region, was illegally transferred from state ownership to communal ownership and leased to an agricultural company for agricultural purposes. Its area is 24.3 hectares and its value exceeds UAH 150 million.
During the trial, it was established that this land plot was in fact part of the border strip intended exclusively for the construction and operation of engineering defenses to protect against russian aggression.
