Concord-22 LLC, which won a tender for the supply of thousands of drones for the military, failed to fulfill the terms of the tender. This situation has now become the subject of an appeal to law enforcement agencies. This was reported in a Facebook post by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko, UNN reports.
We are terminating the contract under the tender announced in November by the Department of Civil Defense of the KRMA for the purchase of 1000 FPV drones. The entire batch was supposed to go to the 72nd Brigade, which is defending the country in the east. The reason is simple. The supplier, CONCORD-22 LLC, which won the tender, has not fulfilled its obligations. The deadline for manufacturing and delivering the entire batch of drones has been overdue for more than three weeks. In addition, out of 1,000 drones, only a little more than 70 units have been delivered. But their technical characteristics and equipment do not meet the terms of the contract,
The head of KRMA emphasized that all problematic tenders and contracts will be canceled.
"I have warned about this repeatedly. Especially if it concerns the country's defense capability and the purchase of equipment for our military," Ruslan Kravchenko said.
This particular procurement has already been the subject of an appeal to law enforcement agencies.
"Both customers and suppliers are responsible. Low-quality equipment or its absence, especially in times of war, is a threat to everyone's life. Therefore, such a negligent attitude to the fulfillment of the contract on the part of the supplier is irresponsible and cynical.
I have already appealed to law enforcement agencies for a comprehensive investigation," Kravchenko said.
The head of KRMA apologized to the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Cossacks.
"I assure you! We will fix the situation. The 72nd Brigade will be provided with high-quality FPV drones as soon as possible," he emphasized.
