Details
Following the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam, considered the largest man-made disaster since World War II, Ukrhydroenergo initiated arbitration proceedings against the Russian Federation.

As it is evident from the practice of resolving similar disputes, the consideration of this case will last for many years and that is why the company expects to get a reliable and professional partner with whom it will confidently go through this difficult but very important process, which, among other things, is necessary to bring to justice those responsible for this disaster.
"Ukrhydroenergo invites leading national and international law firms to participate in the tender.
