In Brovary, five critical infrastructure facilities are to be equipped with cogeneration units that will generate heat and electricity for the city's boiler houses. The signing of the relevant memorandum was announced by Brovary Mayor Ihor Sapozhko on his Telegram channel, UNN reports.

The mayor noted that a quadripartite agreement on cooperation to improve the resilience of the power system was signed by the Brovary City Council, Kyiv Regional Military Administration, OVERTECH LLC, and Dalort LLC.
The document provides for the provision of alternative power sources for the city's critical infrastructure.
"In accordance with the Memorandum of Intent, five critical infrastructure facilities of our community will be equipped with cogeneration units that will generate heat and electricity for the city boiler houses.
I am grateful to Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the Kyiv RMA, for his constant and systematic work on energy decentralization," wrote Ihor Sapozhko.
