Currently, there is no increase in the number of border crossings by men leaving Ukraine. This was announced by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a telethon on Monday, a correspondent of UNN reports.

Details

"There are currently no changes to the border crossing rules for the categories of people allowed to cross the border. If the conditions are met, i.e., the documents that give the right to cross the border, border guards ensure that citizens are processed at the state border," said Demchenko.

He noted that the men in question are aged 18 to 60, as this category is temporarily restricted from leaving Ukraine.

At the moment, we do not see an increase in the number of border crossings by men leaving Ukraine. In fact, this number remains constant on a daily basis. I would like to note that only when there are conditions that allow them to cross the border do men leave Ukraine

- Demchenko said.

The SBGS spokesperson reminded that starting July 17, Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 will be required to have a military ID or other military registration document when crossing the border, including when leaving the country.

"If a person falls under the condition of passing due to deferment or unfitness for military service, I would like to emphasize once again that this should be reflected in the military registration document, either in electronic format or in paper form," Demchenko said.
