The administration of US President Joe Biden plans to send a "signal" to Congress during the next two months of the transition period about its desire to see new aid for Ukraine in 2025, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said during a briefing on November 13, UNN reports.

Sullivan noted that "the president has made it clear and instructed his team to ensure that every dollar that Congress has given him the authority to spend, he will spend on Ukraine's needs before he leaves office.
