The biggest threat that currently exists in Europe is the Russian aggression against Ukraine. This was stated by Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg during a joint press conference with his Slovak counterpart press conference in Vienna on Wednesday, UNN reports .
He noted that everyone wants the war to end as soon as possible to end and peace to come.
And people in Ukraine want this most of all. But it all lies in the hands of only one person, namely the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. He can end the war tomorrow. If he does that, the war will be over. If Ukraine stops fighting, then Ukraine will be, let's just say, it will be over. And then Slovakia may suddenly get another neighbor.
In addition, the minister emphasized that Austria insists that any negotiations can be held only with the participation of Ukraine.

Schallenberg said that European countries need to unite, as the biggest threat to security on the continent comes from Russia's aggressive war.
