The Embassy of Ukraine in Australia and Australia Post, Australia's national postal operator, have developed a new postage stamp in support of Ukraine. The stamp will soon be available for sale in Australian post offices.
The initiative to create the stamp came from the Ukrainian embassy, which approached the Australian side with this proposal. The design of the stamp was developed by Australia Post, taking into account the recommendations of the Ukrainian side, in particular Ukrposhta.
The official presentation of the brand is likely to take place on August 24, 2024, in Sydney during the celebrations dedicated to Ukraine's Independence Day.
