Today, the State Flag of Ukraine flew on the Vorontsov Lighthouse in Odesa, UNN reports, citing the State Border Guard Service.

Sea border guards joined the raising of an 18-meter flag at the sea gate of Ukraine. The ritual is organized annually by the Ukrainian Navy and initiated by the Vyshyvanka Festival NGO.

"Immediately after deployment, the sea breeze symbolically gave the flag the shape of a sail. And we are sure that this is a good sign," the State Border Guard Service said.
