Fencer Alina Poloziuk and canoeist Yelyzaveta Vozniuk have been recognized as the best female athletes of July according to the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine (NOC). This was reported by UNN.

It is noted that the best female athlete of July 2026 was recognized as Alina Poloziuk — bronze medalist of the World Fencing Championships in foil (individual event), held in Hong Kong, China.
In the nomination "Best Young Female Athlete of July," the victory was won by Yelyzaveta Vozniuk. She became the silver medalist of the World Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint Championships in the women's C1 200m event in Halifax (Canada)
They added that traditionally, the laureates of the sports month will be awarded cash prizes, exclusive statuettes, and commemorative plaques from the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine during a ceremony.
