One man is in serious condition - he has a penetrating chest wound and a penetrating foot wound. His daughter has a barotrauma. Both victims were taken by ambulance to the regional clinical hospital, where doctors are providing them with all the necessary medical care. Seven people - six men and one woman - were taken to the city hospital No. 2 with shrapnel wounds of different parts of the body and barotraumas. According to the authorities, about 10 rockets were launched at the city. At the same time, the Russian Defense Ministry said that air defense forces destroyed 17 rockets from the RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket system.
At about 16.00 Moscow time, an attempt by the Kiev regime to launch a terrorist attack on facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation using an RM-70 "Vampire" multiple rocket launcher system was foiled. Seventeen rocket-propelled grenades were destroyed over the Belgorod region by air defense forces on duty.
Gladkov also reported that 13 apartments in 8 high-rise buildings in Belgorod were left without windows. In addition, 3 private houses and the facade of a local school were damaged.
It was also reported that a car burst into flames in the city because of the arrival. Two more cars were damaged by shrapnel during the shelling.
