Negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union is the beginning of a major effort to become a in the EU. As for the laws, according to the MP, about 28,000 acts of of Ukrainian legislation, 23,000 of which are compatible with European legislation - more than 1500 acts have already been implemented, and about 3000 more need to be adopted.
Pushkarenko also reminded that the next report on Ukraine's fulfillment of agreements and obligations to the the European Union will be in March 2024.
By this time, we have to implement 4 mandatory recommendations, and the European Commission will prepare a framework. If this implementation report is approved, the European Commission will approve the framework for negotiations, and we will start them. After transforming many things in our country, implementing reforms (judicial, anti-corruption, decentralization, etc.), we will meet the Copenhagen criteria and be accepted into the EU
