On July 17, the Diya portal launched a service for booking employees of important enterprises and enterprises that meet the needs of the defense forces from mobilization. This was stated by the Ministry of Defense, UNN reports.

The electronic booking service is already available on the Diia portal. Previously, this process was quite confusing. Information about people liable for military service was checked manually, which was a human factor. Data was lost or people had to re-apply due to minor errors in their documents. The new service will make this online booking process fast and transparent
How booking will work in Diia:
- The head of the company submits lists of employees liable for military service and approves the application with an electronic signature.
- The system checks whether a person is officially employed and whether his or her data is in the Oberig register.
- The action will send a notification to the supervisor about the result of the review within a day.
It is noted that the system will automatically transfer a person liable for military service to a special military registration, after which he or she will be considered booked.
If the decision is positive, the employee's booking information appears in the Reserve+ app. The booking extract can be downloaded on the Diia portal and printed out if necessary.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that his team has automated all the processes that can be automated to speed up booking and avoid wasting time collecting documents or going to government agencies.
The digitalization of the process eliminates the human factor, because all data is checked automatically, and the manager understands in real time who was booked and who was not, and what the reason for the refusal was
