The incident occurred on December 24 in the morning. A 36-year-old resident of the village of Serdyuki village of Machukhiv community in Poltava region fell from a tree while cutting branches on the territory of his own household.
It was not possible to save The victim's life could not be saved - he died in the hospital.
The investigator Police Department, under the procedural control of the Poltava District Prosecutor's Office, registered the incident under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigators are establishing the circumstances of the fatal injury.
