During the past day, 213 combat engagements were recorded on the front line. The Russian troops showed the greatest activity on the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders stopped 33 enemy attacks. This is stated in the operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of June 21, reports UNN.

According to the General Staff, over the past day, the enemy launched one missile strike using two missiles, as well as 85 airstrikes. Russian troops dropped 267 guided aerial bombs, used 10,489 kamikaze drones, and carried out 3,030 shellings of settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops.
In the Sumy region, areas of the settlements of Tovstodubove and Sumy were affected by air strikes.
At the same time, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 18 areas of concentration of enemy personnel and one artillery system.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the enemy did not conduct assault operations over the past day. At the same time, Russian troops carried out one airstrike using three guided aerial bombs, conducted 78 shellings of Ukrainian troop positions and settlements, including using multiple launch rocket systems twice.
In the South-Slobozhansk direction, Ukrainian units repelled ten enemy attacks in the areas of Vilcha, Starytsia, Izbystske and Zybine.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked three times towards Kivsharivka, Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi and Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman direction, the occupiers tried to break into the Ukrainian defense 21 times. Fighting continued in the areas of Druzheliubivka, Yampil, Shiikivka, Olhivka, Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Derylove and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy carried out 14 attacks towards Pyskunivka, Kryva Luka, Kalenyky, Zakitne and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian troops conducted one assault in the area of Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 11 attacks in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Kostiantynivka and Rusyniv Yar.

The enemy tried to advance in the areas of Novomykolaivka, Hryshyne, Bilytske, Kucherovyi Yar, Shakhove, Novopavlivka, Filia, Vilne, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Udachne, Toretske, Dorozhnie, Rodynske, Novohryshyne, Huleve, Myrne and Serhiivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders tried to advance twice in the areas of Piddubne and Ternove.
In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops 23 times in the areas of Tsvitkove, Verkhnia Tersa, Novoselivka, Dobropillia, Rybne, Huliaipilske, Zaliznychne, Hirke, Vozdvyzhivka, Olenokostiantynivka and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, the Defense Forces stopped two attempts by the enemy to advance in the areas of Kamianske and Stepnohirsk.
In the Dnipro direction, the enemy did not conduct active operations.
The General Staff emphasized that Ukrainian defenders continue to systematically destroy the enemy and resist in all sectors of the front.
