The President of Ukraine met with a delegation of the Estonian Parliament headed by Speaker Lauri Hussar. They discussed the preparation of a bilateral security agreement and the use of Russian frozen assets. This was reported by the press service of the head of state, UNN writes.
This visit is an important signal of support for our country. We discussed further assistance to Ukraine from Estonia and other partners, as well as progress in the preparation of a bilateral security agreement. We also discussed the use of Russian frozen assets to protect and restore life in Ukraine. We appreciate Estonia's support from the first day of the full-scale war.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy particularly welcomed Estonia's initiative to make a single contribution of 0.25% of GDP to military assistance to Ukraine.
They also discussed further comprehensive support of our country by Estonia and other partners in the war against the Russian aggressor.
The parties paid special attention to the use of frozen Russian assets for the benefit of Ukraine. For Ukraine, it is important that Estonia is working to channel Russian assets to protect and restore life in Ukraine. In particular, the Estonian parliament has passed a bill in the first reading.
The interlocutors also discussed progress in the preparation of a bilateral security agreement to implement the G7 Joint Declaration.
