The Assembly of the International Maritime Organization adopted a resolution in support of Ukraine's efforts in the Black Sea — restoring navigation and the operation of a new "grain corridor". The head of state announced this during a video address on Monday, December 4, reports UNN.
The export corridor has already yielded results — more than 7 million tons of cargo. And this is very significant — it is our economy. And not only the work of ports and farmers, but also many other and related industries
The President noted that millions of jobs in Ukraine depend on exports that the state is able to provide.
I thank everyone in the world who helps Ukraine with this. In particular, now the International Maritime Organization will support our efforts, and there is a corresponding decision — to assess what technical assistance we need for the normal operation of the maritime corridor
He noted the military mobile fire groups
Zelenskyy noted the military Ukrainian mobile fire groups.
Only last night, during another "Shahed" raid, 18 drones were destroyed. Most of them. And most of those destroyed are the result of mobile fire groups. That's how it should be
The head of state informed that last night mobile fire groups worked in the Mykolaiv, Kherson, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kirovohrad regions.
I would also like to mention the soldiers of the Air Force — our pilots, engineers, anti-aircraft gunners and air defense units of the Land Forces. Your attentiveness, soldiers, and accuracy — this is the stability of our entire state and our cities
Ukrzaliznytsia transported 14 million tons of cargo
The President informed that in November "Ukrzaliznytsia" transported 14 million tons of cargo — a record figure since the beginning of the full-scale war.
We are recording good work of the railway in the export and import directions, as well as in domestic transportation
Agreements by the end of the year
Zelenskyy said that on December 4 he heard a report from the head of foreign intelligence, Oleksandr Lytvynenko. In particular, important and relevant information on what Ukraine should expect and what to prepare for.
In addition, the President held a meeting with international experts regarding Ukraine's foreign policy communications in December: plans for active work for each week of the month.
We expect important agreements with partners by the end of the year. The priority remains the same — to strengthen the state, protect people, and add strength to our positions — in everything. I am grateful to everyone who does not put their personal interests above the interests of the Ukrainian state. Who is fighting. Works. And helps
