President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov as the head of the working group for preparing the annual address of the head of state to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the internal and external situation of Ukraine. In addition to Budanov, the working group for preparing the draft of the President's annual address to the Verkhovna Rada on the internal and external situation of Ukraine includes:
- Oleksandr Bohomolov - Director of the National
Institute for Strategic Studies, Deputy Head of the working group;
- Sergiy Kyslytsya - First Deputy Head of the Office
of the President of Ukraine;
- Iryna Vereshchuk - Deputy Head of the Office of the President
of Ukraine;
- Ihor Zhovkva - Deputy Head of the Office of the President
of Ukraine;
- Olena Kovalska - Deputy Head of the Office
of the President of Ukraine;
- Ihor Lysyi - Head of the State Administration of Affairs;
- Viktor Mykyta - Deputy Head of the Office of the President
of Ukraine;
- Iryna Mudra - Deputy Head of the Office of the President
of Ukraine;
- Pavlo Palisa - Deputy Head of the Office of the President
of Ukraine;
- Oleh Tatarov - Deputy Head of the Office of the President
of Ukraine.
Zelenskyy also instructed the working group:
- within one month to determine the structure and schedule for preparing the draft Address, as well as the content of relevant materials;
- to prepare and submit the draft Address for consideration by December 1, 2026.
