President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held the first meeting of the Technology Bet. According to him, it was actually a constituent meeting, UNN reports.
"A special format for introducing innovations for defense with the participation of scientists and weapons manufacturers, developers of technological solutions for our Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine. Of course, there were all the necessary commanders and representatives of the army, intelligence and security forces," Zelenskyy said.
The President added that today they focused on the first, key task, namely the protection of the sky.
"This is countering the Shahed and missiles," Zelensky emphasized.
In addition, he said, there has already been a lengthy and rather detailed discussion on these issues, and there are already first outlines of how we can further strengthen protection.
"Specific solutions should be presented at the next Technology Bet. I am grateful to all the participants involved," Zelensky summarized.
