The Ukrainian Weather Center has warned of a thunderstorm in Kyiv and the region on August 6. A yellow level of danger has been declared, UNN reports.

"Warning of dangerous meteorological phenomena in Kyiv region and Kyiv city. A thunderstorm is expected in the next hour and will continue until the end of the day on August 6. And the hazard level is yellow," the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center said.
"Do not be frightened by the sound of thunder," KCMA said.
