Update of military registration data does not mean automatic necessity to undergo a medical examination - General Staff

According to Lieutenant Colonel Iryna Harbuz of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, citizens will receive separate summonses to undergo a military medical commission. So, updating military registration data does not automatically imply undergoing a military medical commission.

If a person liable for military service has updated their data, this does not mean that they automatically have to undergo a military qualification examination. This was reported by Lieutenant Colonel of Justice, representative of the Central Legal Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Iryna Harbuz, UNN reports.

Updating military registration data does not automatically lead to the need to undergo a military medical commission. Citizens will receive separate summonses to undergo the military medical commission

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine denied the information about the imposition of fines when renewing data by persons liable for military service without passing a military medical commission.
