The draw for the Nations League playoffs / Euro 2024 qualifiers took place today, which determined which team will be in Pool A and which (two) will be in Pool B.
According to the results of the draw, the blue and yellows will go to Pool B, where they will meet Bosnia and Herzegovina in the semifinals away on March 21.
In case of success in this confrontation, the national team of Ukraine in the final on March 26 on its own field will compete for a pass to Euro 2024 with the winner of the duel between Israel and Iceland.

As of now, 21 participants in the final stage are known. Basket 1: Germany (host), Portugal, France, Spain, Belgium, England, Basket 2: Hungary, Turkey, Romania, Denmark, Albania, Austria, Basket 3: Netherlands, Scotland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Basket 4: Italy, Serbia, Switzerland.
Three more national teams (to be included in Basket 4) will be determined in the spring, after the head-to-head matches involving the winners of the Nations League groups. The playoffs will be held in three branches, Leagues A, B and C, according to a one-match cup system, taking into account the rating of participants according to the scheme 1-4 and 2-3 (in the semifinals, the first and second seeding numbers will be the hosts).
If the winner of the LN group has already qualified for Euro 2024 through the qualification of this tournament, its place in the playoffs is taken by the next highest ranked team in this division. If there are fewer than four teams left that can play in the head-to-head matches, the license is transferred to the league below, taking into account the overall ranking in the League of Nations (the best team in League D is given priority). Thus, each of the three playoffs will have its own winner, who will participate in Euro 2024.
The formation of the groups of the final Euro tournament will take place on December 2 (19:00), and the championship itself will last from June 14 to July 14, 2024.
