The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine is preparing a plan to restore the de-occupied Kherson region. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

It is noted that a meeting of the coordination headquarters for the de-occupied territories was recently held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister for Reintegration of the TOT of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk.

Dmytro Butriy, First Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Military District Administration, joined the online meeting.
They discussed the development of the Concept for the return of the Ukrainian education and healthcare system to the de-occupied territories and the restoration of the work of the justice system .
Addendum
They also considered an action plan for the life support of communities after their de-occupation. In particular, this includes preparing shelters, steadfastness points, repairing educational institutions, restoring the work and full functioning of medical institutions, and replacing their managers.
One of the main tasks is to provide the population with humanitarian aid.
