Ukraine expects the IMF to approve a tranche under the cooperation program worth $690 million by mid-July, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported on Friday on social media, writes UNN.

According to her, together with the First Deputy Managing Director of the IMF, Dan Katz, they discussed the results of the first review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program.
"During the meeting, we also agreed on the next stages of cooperation. The common goal is to use the preserved macro-financial stability in the country as a basis for attracting private investment, developing business, and large-scale reconstruction of Ukraine," the Prime Minister stated.
With Dan Katz, she added, "we separately discussed preparations for the next reviews of the program and the implementation of structural reforms that strengthen the financial resilience of the state and create conditions for further economic growth."
