According to the investigation, the Engineering Center contracted with a private enterprise to carry out construction work on the reconstruction of the stairs from Desyatynnyi Lane to Honcharna Street, as well as the improvement of the pedestrian alley of Andriyivskyi Descent.
The defendant, knowing for certain that the cost of granite paving stones used during these works was overestimated, signed the acts of construction works performed.
According to the conclusions of commodity and economic examinations, the territorial community suffered losses of more than UAH 1.4 million.
