According to the newly elected US President Donald Trump, Devin Nunes, who currently serves as the CEO of Truth Social, has extensive experience in national security. He previously chaired the House Intelligence Committee.
Trump noted that Nunes will continue to serve as head of the Trump Media & Technology Group, while using his experience to provide "independent assessments" of the effectiveness of the US intelligence community.
