The Russian shelling of Kherson city center damaged the trolleybus network, which led to the suspension of electric transport in the city, Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson CMA, said on Thursday, UNN reports.
As a result of shelling of the central district of Kherson by Russian troops from the temporarily occupied left bank, the trolleybus contact network was damaged, which resulted in the suspension of electric transport in the city
According to him, the specialists of Khersonelectrotrans will complete the restoration work "as soon as the security situation allows".
He urged people to take this into account when planning their movements around the city.
