Consequences of Russian attacks on energy facilities
Yesterday, fragments of a Russian UAV damaged equipment at a high-voltage Ukrenergo facility in the northern region. There were no power outages. Emergency repair works are underway.
Emergency assistance
Yesterday, from 12:00 to 16:00, at the request of the Polish power system operator, electricity supplies from the Polish power system to Ukraine were activated.
Import and export
It is planned to supply a total of 24,982 MWh with a maximum capacity of 1239 MW from Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Moldova.
There is no export and no plans to export.

As of the morning, 533 settlements remain without power supply due to hostilities and other reasons, in full and in part.
Due to hostilities: there are power outages in Donetsk and Kherson regions. There is damage to the power grids in Zaporizhzhia region, but there were no blackouts.
For technical reasons, consumers in Dnipropetrovska, Kirovohradska, and Chernihivska oblasts lost power.
