Due to the enemy's massive attacks on Ukraine's energy system, its condition is difficult, despite the fact that large-scale restrictions were not applied, and even emergency energy imports were not needed the day before. This was reported by Deputy Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk during a telethon on Saturday, according to a UNN correspondent.
Due to the enemy's attacks, the state of the power system has remained rather complicated but stable for more than a month. We are trying to control the system, despite the fact that it has suffered significant damage
She added that after the 4th massive enemy attack on energy facilities, significant damage was again inflicted on generation facilities and transmission systems.
"However, yesterday we were without massive restrictions across Ukraine, even emergency imports were not applied, and yet all this is due to the great efforts of a large number of people. Restrictions are partially in effect in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovs'k regions for industrial consumers," the Deputy Minister said.
Ms. Hrynchuk also emphasized that in order to keep the system stable, all consumers need to help to consume electricity wisely to reduce the load, especially during peak hours.
