Yusov reminded that the Defense Forces repelled and disrupted the enemy's plans during their offensive in Kharkiv region, which affected the situation in Sumy region.
Nevertheless, the overwhelming objective of these enemy actions is to delay Ukrainian forces and means. The key task is the Ukrainian Donbas, and it is there that the key, most heroic, dramatic events continue. Therefore the enemy grouping is quite large, but it has not changed recently to the extent that we can talk about new powerful offensives in new directions,

The head of the Defense Intelligence Service, Kirill Budanov , confirmed the existence of problems that tend to worsen, but assured that there is no catastrophic situation at the moment. He made these comments after being asked by a journalist about the possible impact of the Kremlin's plans to mobilize 300,000 Russians on future offensives in the east and north.
Later, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reportedthat he had spoken to the head of the Defense Intelligence Service, Kyrylo Budanov, after he had stated that Russia was threatening an offensive from the north. Zelensky said that Budanov told him that he had been misunderstood.
Yusov also commented on Budanov's words, who stated that there are problems that tend to worsen, but there is no catastrophic situation regarding the threat of an offensive from the North yet. According to him, information and the situation are actively changing, which requires constant adjustments in the forms of information presentation.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported in April that Russia was preparing to mobilize 300,000 troops for June 1.
