According to the investigation, on March 13, at approximately 9:00 and 11:00, Russian servicemen shelled the village of Kurylivka, Kupyansk district. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
According to preliminary data, the shelling was carried out with artillery.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was launched.
