For example, in accordance with Article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service", the National Police receives appeals from TCCs and JVs in accordance with the established procedure. This mechanism is regulated by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, which provides for the appeal. Such an appeal is sent to the National Police units, and then the police enter the information into the unified record of the National Police information subsystem and start checking.
