The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the termination of the agreement on cooperation in government communications with Belarus and Russia. The decision to terminate the agreement must be made by the Verkhovna Rada. This was reported by Taras Melnychuk, a representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, UNN reports.

Details

The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of government communications, signed in Moscow on February 27, 1998, is terminated

- Melnychuk said.

The Cabinet of Ministers also terminated a similar agreement with Belarus. According to the agreements, the countries exchanged confidential information through encrypted communications between government subscribers of Ukraine and Belarus, and Ukraine and Russia.

Now the Council has to make a decision.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a draft law on ratification of the agreement between France and Ukraine, which will provide €200 million to rebuild infrastructure and the economy.
