During the day, 29 attacks were recorded in Sumy region, which resulted in 60 explosions. This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration, according to UNN.
Details
The enemy damaged nine communities in the region, including:
- Velykopysarivska community: shelling with FPV drone (1 explosion) and mortars (6 explosions).
- Bilopilska community: several FPV drone attacks (3 explosions), mortar attacks (12 explosions) and attacks from multiple rocket launchers (3 explosions) took place.
- Novoslobidska community: FPV drone strike from the territory of the Russian Federation (1 explosion).
- Junakivska community: artillery shelling (6 explosions).
- Khotyn community: launches of aerial bombs from an enemy aircraft (5 explosions), FPV drone strikes (4 explosions) and mortar attacks (4 explosions).
- Krasnopilska community: shelling with mines (2 explosions) and dropping of a VOG-type explosive device from a quadcopter drone (1 explosion).
- Seredyna Budka community: mortar shelling (8 explosions).
- Miropilska community: attack by KAB aircraft bombs (3 explosions).
- Sumy community: UAV strike (1 explosion), resulting in injuries among civilians, as well as damage to a residential building and cars. Emergency services are working at the scene.
