The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution according to which the TCCs will be able to generate summonses using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists "Oberig", which significantly simplifies and speeds up the procedure. The resolution will significantly reduce the paperwork burden on territorial recruitment and social support centers and centralize the process of printing calls. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense, according to UNN.
Details
Reportedly, the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff have initiated changes to the procedure for conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization in a special period.
Previously, TCC operators had to manually issue summonses, which took a lot of time and resources. Now, this process is centralized: subpoenas can be generated and printed using the Oberig registry
TCC operators will also be able to sign summonses using a qualified electronic signature.
These innovations, set by the department, will reduce the paperwork burden on the TCC and optimize military registration processes, increasing their efficiency.
The Ministry of Defense also noted that the method of notification of persons liable for military service has not changed: the calls will continue to be delivered in person or sent by mail.
