The regime of Belarusian ruler Alexander Lukashenko has been informed that in the event of any provocative actions against Ukraine, it will receive a mirror response. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha to journalists on Friday, reports UNN.
According to the head of Ukrainian diplomacy, Kyiv constantly monitors the situation on the Belarusian direction and carefully analyzes all potential risks, in particular the possibility of using the territory and infrastructure of Belarus for aggressive actions against Ukraine.
"The Lukashenko regime understands that in the event of provocative actions, Ukraine will respond in kind. The Belarusian side has been officially warned about this," Sybiha emphasized.
The minister also reported that the Ukrainian side received a diplomatic note from Belarus.
"We received a note from Minsk stating that they are proposing some specific regime of visits in the border zone, referring to documents that are no longer valid," the Foreign Minister noted.
