In Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, a gale caused havoc - uprooted trees, reports UNN.
Due to strong winds in Lviv, fallen trees are being recorded
As reported by the Lviv City Council, in particular, fallen trees have been detected in Shevchenkivskyi district on vul. Khvyliovoho 14, at the intersection of vul. Shevchenka-Velychkovskoho, vul. Melnyka, vul. Tarnavskoho, vul. Konovaltsia, and on vul. Dashkevycha.
Communal workers are promptly clearing fallen trees and branches to ensure free passage for pedestrians and vehicle traffic.
Lviv residents are urged to be cautious. During strong winds, it is advisable to avoid large trees, power lines, antennas, billboards, and other massive structures, as bad weather may damage them and, in this way, injure those nearby. It is also better to move cars from parking spots under trees.
In case of any unforeseen situations, please report to the city's "Hotline" at number 15−80.
