As a result of the fire at the oil depot in Proletarsk, a plume of smoke is already visible from space. It is estimated to stretch for several tens of kilometers. This was stated by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andriushchenko, reports UNN.

Andriushchenko released satellite photos of the fire from August 22. The photo shows a black trail stretching approximately 50 kilometers from the point of the fire.
A gray cloud of smog is easily visible 150 kilometers above Novocherkassk.

The fire at the oil depot started in the morning of August 18 after a UAV attack. So far, the fire has not been localized. At the same time, there is a threat of the fire spreading to the kerosene tanks.
