The investigation established that the Kyiv resident created several pages selling clothes on Instagram, where he posted fake photos and videos of women's clothing.
The prices were lower than in other stores, so the seller promised to send the goods only after full prepayment to his bank card.
Customers agreed and transferred him 500 to 2200 hryvnias for non-existent women's clothing, but never received their purchases. After receiving the money, the man blocked the customers. The fraudster's victims included 129 people from all over Ukraine. In total, he defrauded customers of almost UAH 85 thousand,
