The meeting was chaired by the head of the regional state administration Oleh Kiper
The priority task is to ensure prompt and uninterrupted power supply at critical infrastructure facilities.
In addition, Kiper instructed district state (military) administrations, village, town and city councils to ensure the opening and operation of the invincibility points.
Kiper also noted that on November 18 and 19, educational institutions in Odesa will not work.
Take measures to develop program material. Provide for the possibility of working on-call groups and classes in preschool and general secondary education institutions
In addition, Kiper ordered police officers to ensure traffic control at intersections in Odesa.
The head of the regional state administration also ordered the Odesa City Council to ensure that the working hours of the city's pump rooms are extended.
The Department of Digital Development, Information Policy and Tourism of the Odesa RMA and telecom operators need to ensure the operation of information and communication networks using generators and other autonomous power supply systems, Kiper ordered.
