Russian propaganda resources are spreading fake information about the alleged damage to the Patriot missile system and the headquarters of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine in Kyiv during a missile attack on March 25. This information does not correspond to reality, according to the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, UNN reports.
Details
Russian pseudo-information outlets are reportedly spreading fake information that on March 25, two Patriot missiles were allegedly destroyed in a Russian strike with Zircon hypersonic missiles at the Zhuliany airport in Kyiv. The Russians also claimed that the headquarters of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the "decision-making center" of the Security Service of Ukraine were allegedly hit.
In fact, the Kremlin's fake news makers have not decided what exactly the Russian terrorist troops "destroyed" in Kyiv - one false version contradicts another
According to the KCMA, the fragments of a downed missile hit a multi-storey non-residential building in the Pechersk district. Two private houses were also damaged in the Solomyansky district. In addition, debris from the downed missile was found in Holosiivskyi and Darnytskyi districts.
According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, there are 10 people injured as a result of the Russian attack, two of them hospitalized.
