Details
"In connection with the limited military operation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions, we once again call for the urgent evacuation of residents of the Belgorod and Kursk regions. Save your lives and the lives of your children," the statement reads.
The RDC noted that Putin's troops are hiding among civilians, so their task is to ensure maximum security for the local population.
"In this regard, we announce the organization of a second humanitarian corridor for the local population from 21:00 to 7:00 Moscow time on March 16. We urge civilians to take advantage of the opportunity to leave these areas of the Russian Federation without hindrance," the RDC added.
Recall
Russian authorities are blocking the evacuation of civilians from the Belgorod region as Russian volunteer units break through the border. The Russian authorities are trying to use civilians as human shields to protect the Russian terrorist regime.
