Russia will ban cars with Ukrainian license plates in its occupied territories from January 1, 2024, as part of a policy of forced passportization.

Russians are preparing to ban the movement of vehicles  with Ukrainian license plates in the temporarily occupied territories from the new year.  This is reported by the Center of National Resistance, UNN writes. 

The movement of vehicles with Ukrainian license plates will be banned in the temporarily occupied territories from January 1, 2024.  The enemy continues the policy of forced passportization of the region, as a Russian passport is required to change the number

It is also noted that  the movement to the TOT is possible only with a pass from the occupation administration.

Russia plans to open military training centers for minors in occupied Luhansk where children over 14 will be trained for military service.
