The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region seized the property, funds, securities and claims of a subsidiary of the German Linde company, Linde Russia UK Limited, at the suit of Ruskhimalyans. This was reported by Radio Liberty, according to UNN.

It is noted that in March, Ruskhimalyans filed a lawsuit against Linde, demanding to recover a debt of more than 746 million euros and 30.71 billion rubles.
"In its lawsuit, Ruskhimalyans justified the need for interim measures by arguing that enforcement of the future court decision at the expense of the property of the Linde Group in "unfriendly countries" is impossible because of the Russian Federation.
In the summer of 2021, RusChem signed a contract with Linde for the design and construction of a natural gas processing and liquefaction plant in Ust-Luga. After the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Linde announced that the company had "stopped developing new projects in Russia.
Later, Linde notified the customer that it had suspended work due to EU sanctions that banned the supply of dual-use goods to Russia.
